Cauliflower, Dirty South Style
Ingredients:2 medium head cauliflower
2 Green Bell Peppers2 Gr222
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cayenne1 tsp1
2 tbsp butter or margarine
½ bunch Parsley, chopped
2 tbsp
Directions:
- Break the head into flowerets. In large covered saucepan cook in a small amount of boiling salted water for 5 minutes or just until tender. Drain well.
- In sauté pan, transfer cauliflower and bell pepper. Cook until caramelized in butter. Add spices, and continue cooking.
- When Finished, stir in parsley.
